The SEA Manager is managing online advertising campaigns based on objectives of lead generation and sales. Developing and planning the strategy and execution of campaigns on an international level and across multiple product verticals.

You will work closely with our partner management, product, and functional operations teams. This role is a unique opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the rapid growth of betterbusiness and that of our partners.


Please note, this team is based in European time zones, and we are specifically looking for people to join us in these time zones ±2 hours only.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, steer and optimize Pay per Click campaigns with respect to budget and target KPIs in our markets

  • Constantly analyze the performance and come up with optimization strategies

  • Monitor accounts and adjust bidding strategies

  • You collaborate with our Conversion Rate Optimization Manager, Operations, and Product teams to employ a structured conversion optimisation process using A/B and multivariate testing of landing pages

  • You work hands-on with the whole team to implement a global marketing strategy

  • You are responsible for the creation and presentation of quarterly/ad hoc reports, covering campaign performances, auction insights, etc.

Business Impact (KPIs)

  • Adclicks, spend, sales, revenue, roas, conversion rates, cpc

  • Data quality in Google & Bing

Skills needed

  • 3+ years experience in SEA

  • Experience in working with popular Performance Marketing tools, such as AdWords, Bing Ads and Bid Management tools

  • You have a high affinity for numbers and a deep understanding of Google Analytics as well as Microsoft Excel

  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and a hands on mentality

  • This is a unique and great opportunity to show off your fabulous analytical skills

  • Spanish or French native language skills as well as proficient business English language skills are mandatory

  • German, Italian, or Portuguese language skills are a plus

Interview Process

At betterbusiness, we care a lot about who we hire. In order to create the most impact for our partners, we need to build high performing teams. Our recruitment process consists of four stages:

  1. Application

  2. Initial 15-30 minute conversation with the hiring manager

  3. Meet the team: 3 interviews up to one hour each with the hiring manager and co-workers. Depending on the role, we may ask how you would solve a problem and present your solution to the team

  4. Decision
