The CRO Manager is responsible for reducing our customer acquisition costs, increasing our conversion rates, and growing our revenue per user. Representative work includes optimizing our portal and landing pages, CTAs, and exit intent measures across international markets and multiple product verticals.

You will work closely with our partner management, product, and functional operations teams on value proposition, product positioning, landing pages, personalization and overall content structure optimization. This role is a unique opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the rapid growth of betterbusiness and that of our partners.

Please note, this team is based in European time zones, and we are specifically looking for people to join us in these time zones ±2 hours only.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Define testing and analytics methodology

  • Own and prioritize testing roadmap

  • Feed learnings into product and other teams

Operational Responsibilities

  • Design experiments

  • Carry out experiments in a prioritized manner

  • Review analytics on conversion and close rates by channels and segments

Interview Process

At betterbusiness, we care a lot about who we hire. In order to create the most impact for our partners, we need to build high performing teams. Our recruitment process consists of four stages:

  1. Application

  2. Initial 15-30 minute conversation with the hiring manager

  3. Meet the team: 3 interviews up to one hour each with the hiring manager and co-workers. Depending on the role, we may ask how you would solve a problem and present your solution to the team

  4. Decision
