Customer Service Manager (m/f/x)

Role & Responsibilities

  • You advise our users by phone, e-mail and live chat, and try to answer their questions.

  • You support our users in the selection of the right tools and services best tailored for their projects.

  • You create call guidelines and e-mail templates to make future communications even more efficient.

  • You document customer feedback and write reports for other teams so that they can continually improve our products.


  • Great communication skills in English, verbal and written (other languages are a plus).

  • Experienced in SaaS-oriented jobs, ideally have worked in a similar role already.

  • Friendly, solution-oriented and positive attitude, and enjoys working in a dynamic team.

  • Flexible, detail-oriented and well-organized.
