Role & Responsibilities

You advise our users by phone, e-mail and live chat, and try to answer their questions.

You support our users in the selection of the right tools and services best tailored for their projects.

You create call guidelines and e-mail templates to make future communications even more efficient.

You document customer feedback and write reports for other teams so that they can continually improve our products.
Requirements
-
Great communication skills in English, verbal and written (other languages are a plus).

Experienced in SaaS-oriented jobs, ideally have worked in a similar role already.

Friendly, solution-oriented and positive attitude, and enjoys working in a dynamic team.

Flexible, detail-oriented and well-organized.
